Hi! My name is Jeff and I'm originally from New York City. I love learning about languages and different cultures, and I find great fulfillment in helping others learn my native language. I've been working as an English teacher in a French high school in Paris and it has been a lot of fun. I have also worked with different ESL companies online, teaching English to people with varying levels all around the world.

I aim to make my students feel as comfortable as possible. While learning French, I would often feel scared to speak the language for fear of making mistakes. I want to ensure you that it is okay to make mistakes (because that is how we learn!).

Depending on your level, I can provide you with grammar lessons, pronunciation practice, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, and speaking practice. We can use videos, articles, and recordings to engage ourselves with a topic. I can work toward finding something that interests you!

Learning a new language is definitely hard work, but I also believe it can be a lot of fun!
